Pegatanke is a high quality epoxy glue, developed to withstand the most demanding physical and chemical conditions, ready to be used in any sector industrial, automotive, naval, electrical, construction, among others, as well as in the simplest or traditional home repairs because their characteristics of high resistance to extreme temperatures, high tensile strength, hardness and attack of chemicals and solvents.

PRESENTATION: KIT with 2 compounds: Compound 1 color black and compound 2 color green. Equivalent to 1,48oz of glue and 2,68ci of volume.

Properties

All these properties are calculated for a PEGATANKE KIT, equivalent to 1,48oz of glue and 2,68ci of volume

DRY TIME: 30 minutes in the sun in ambient temperature between 25 °C to 40 °C. In shade 1:30 hour up to 2:00 hours. The dry time may increase or decrease because environmental conditions.

TENSION: 580 psi, at this level of tension it start to burst.

PRESSURE: 100-120 psi, in holes up to 5mm in diameter. We do not recommend using above this pressure.

WEIGHT: 550 lbs. for 1,48oz of glue.

VACUUM: -28 psi, in holes up to 5 mm in diameter. We have no tests for a major vacuum.

TEMPERATURE: Greater than 572 °F, either by radiation or by contact transmission, not by direct flame.

SUBZERO TEMPERATURE: -22 °F, we have no tests for lower temperature.

DRYING UNDER WATER: Takes about 10 hours. (Depending on the temperature in the water this time may decrease or increase).

Once it 100% dry, PEGATANKE is able to resist for many years the attack of acids and alkaline products, practically any solvent.
